(Gadus Aeglefinus)

AN EXCELLENT MILD FLAVOURED FISH

Haddock - 50-100 cm.

Haddock is related to cod, of the Gadus-family. Somewhat smaller than the cod but with the same excellent lean and mild flavour.
It is caught in the same areas as the cod, i.e. the North Sea and the northern atlantic ocean around Iceland.

Season: caught mainly from January to May, but available throughout the year.

Haddock is available as seafrozen whole fish. 

H&G:        Vertical frozen, in random weight, blocks in sacks or cartons.
Grading:  0,3 - 0,5 kg, 0,5 - 0,8 kg, 0,8 kg+

Processing and packing can be as per customers' requirements
