Scallops
Canadian frozen sea scallops are harvested wild in the cold waters of Eastern Canada. The season begins in January and continues until November. The product is harvested by high quality frozen at sea vessels.
Common sizes: 10-20, 20-30, 30-40 per pound
Packaging: Packed in 1 kg bags or larger bulk cartons
Processing: Processing IQF raw scallops
