FROM THE OCEAN TO MINUS 21 DEGRESS IN A FEW HOURS
Most of our fishing and production processes take place on very modern trawlers and long-line vessels.
Immediately after the catch, the fish and seafood is processed, packed and frozen to minus 21 degrees centigrade. Then they are placed in the cold stores on board the trawlers, which have a freezer capacity of 500-700 tonnes.
